We are committed to ongoing service. Our customers, from banks to small enterprises, rely upon our on-site, semi-annual maintenance schedule for trouble free cash counting and processing.
Throughout BC and Western Alberta, we provide in-house, professional cleaning and maintenance of all makes of currency counters and cheque processing equipment during our semi-annual service rounds.
Dust and plaque build-up, normally immune to compressed air, accumulates on sensitive optical sensors and acceleration wheels, gradually resulting in faulting and failure of count accuracy.
Once cleaned by a qualified technician, your expensive and indispensable currency counters will function like new again.
Problems between scheduled service calls are resolved either by phone or via couriered replacements. We stock a full complement of parts for the products we sell. If you have multiple counters in branch offices, we offer volume discounts. Contact us for a quote.
This visible plaque resulted from just 6 months of normal use with Canadian polymer & paper banknotes. The counter is simply dirty...not broken. Servicing and removal of the hardened plague immediately restored its count accuracy. Use Waffle Card Cleaners to remove this plaque.
Warranty
Our currency and coin counters are subject to stringent quality control measures during the manufacturing process. They are backed by a 12 month parts and labour Warranty from the date of purchase.
Health Advisory – Operator Maintenance
Avoid the use of compressed air to dislodge accumulated dust unless applied in a well ventilated area.
Periodic cleaning of your cash counters by an authorized technician reduces the exposure of staff to hand-borne pathogens and germs associated with money handling.
